The beds and their sheets were very clean and comfortable. The services offered, free and diverse breakfast options, swimming pool, and fitness room, were very enjoyable. The TV channel selections were great for the whole family. We loved the extra towels and free amenities in the bathroom. We loved the mini fridge because it was large and spacious to hold many different items. We loved the plug-in charging ports for USBs cables; it came in handy when we forgot our wall plug-in. The heating unit worked super well and didn't run too often. The curtains worked very well for blocking out any light when closed. We loved the amount of lighting fixtures offered in the room, although we wish there was a dimmer switch for a light somewhere in the room for our kids to feel less nervous at night.

They are trying to charge is a $250.00 fee. Said we were smoking in the room. The fact that we don’t smoke makes that impossible. We called about the fee and was told they found an empty cigarette pack in a trash can. Again, impossible because we are non smokers. I asked for proof she said she had pictures and then added they also found a cigarette butt in the trash. I said I need to see the pics and asked they send them to me and she said they couldn’t do that. Of course they can’t because its a lie and they are just charging us for no reason. I have disputed the bill with my credit card company. We travel yearly for cheer competitions and will never stay at another of their hotels again!

Brooke greeted us with a smile, thanked us for our loyalty as a Hilton Honors members, and offered us two bottles of water - which we gratefully accepted! Her professionalism, compassion, and welcoming sure made a world of difference to us as weary travelers! The hotel’s location is great, walking distance to a handful of places for food and coffee, the rooms were neat, bedding comfortable, and although sold-out, we really didn’t hear much from other guests, so good soundproofing! Good channel selection, decent Wi-Fi, great hot water!

I have multiple allergies to cleaners fragrances etc and we were traveling with 2 pets. Our room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. My husband is 6’6” and the shower head was not at his chest! I always choose Hampton Inn over any other.

Half of the building did not have running hot water. Room would have needed to be cancelled and downsized. I appreciate the front desk. Went room to room and check the water temp to find us hot running water so we wouldn't have to downsize.
